Carrie Coulter, customer service and returns cashier, is always so willing to help. We have ordered tile four times and each time it has arrived broken. Carrie has called home depot.com and done searches and explained the poor packaging to them, etc. she is definitely as asset to Home Depot.
Is been almost 3 weeks and no news on my tile , they don’t answer the phone, Bad communication , they don’t know what they are doing, I hope the CEO can call me to see if he is going to pay for all the time my tile setters are waiting thanks to their mistake The lady who sold me the tile didn’t put the order until 4days later as per the vendor in wisconsin
Letting everyone know about the AWESOME customer service we received at the Sandy Springs Ga location on Aug 19th. the following manager, associates, etc are all to be giving a HUGE thank you for the customer service we experienced. Home Depot employees pass the buck to others when you need help. It has happened to me and other friends of mine who ask for help and no one cares I won’t go there again. I prefer to go to lowes.
Even though home depot plant return says you need just a receipt, that does not hold up at the return desk. The check out gal at #0566 8/14/22 10a.m was not going to let me have the missing tag on purchased from another orange tree . I asked her to page assiciate Joey and she wouldn't to explain that return desk problem.
My husband and I contracted Home Depot (Lead/PO # 11091903) to replace all 14 windows in our home. The Measure Tech was DAVID WEAVER. The ISM was KEVIN SMITH. The sales consultant was James D Bayout. Contract total: $14,859.9, Deposite: $4,000. We signed this contacted on 7/27/2021. Initially the lead time for the windows was a few weeks but that turned into months. HOME DEPOT IS GREAT!
WARNING, TIRE HAZARD I've been shopping at this Bethesda Maryland Home Depot ever since it was an EXPO-CENTER many years ago. Now because it was built as an EXPO it does not have a service lane for receivables along the side of the store like most Home Depot's do. So all products (new & old) delivered on pallets are transported by forklift between the front and rear of the store along Motor City Drive (a County Road, please see picture map below) while dropping pallet nails and screws in the process. am VERY DISAPPOINTED with services from Home Depot on Kelly Road in Harper Woods. ordered washer & dryer online, although delivery would be free I paid extra for set up service & disposal of old appliance paid to Home Depot & cleared March 25,2022 to be delivered March 31,2022, recording said we would get notification call night before delivery.
