I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot with the service plan. They have been sending A&E services out to work on it. My issue is it doesn’t heat the water or dry the dishes. The service company Home Depot is sending has been to my house 4 times and replaced parts previously replaced. The warranty plan provider is difficult to work with and want to send the same company again, for a 5th time. Be careful, purchasing your appliances. They do not stand behind the products they sell!
As a vet won’t go here due to them not honoring my DD214 as a veteran year round
Always have what I need and are super friendly..

So we all know most of the time if you are fortunate enough to find help, most employees have no clue of how to help. But the crap service is not what I'm talking about. How about home depot actually sell a product that last longer then a few uses.
