The Kingman Home Depot store (#HO416) asked me to stop placing “online” orders and to call them with SKU numbers so that the individual store would get credit for the orders. I ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of building materials. They promised delivery on specific dates. They did NOT deliver as promised or even warn me that the materials would not be delivered. I paid contractors to drive from Phoenix (not knowing materials would NOT be delivered). I am so disappointed in Home Depot and their Maple Grove store. I wanted to make sure I ordered a new refrigerator from a place that would for sure take my old refrigerator away being that our family had just been blessed with set of twins. We don’t want to deal with the hassle of hauling and dumping our broken refrigerator. Nice store, brand new but going in and out, the road is narrow!! Who thought of building a small road to a construction building supplies store??? There's big trucks and trailers going to buy equipment. I almost had a head on collision because we were driving side by side to get in and out!!! Fire that guy that built that road>>>
It's ashamed home depot cannot stand behind their merchandise especially appliances. Once they sell you the product they are no longer responsible once it leaves the store, even when it is delivered by their employees. Sad but so true! Maybe people will think about that before they buy anything from there.
Love this place... but I just saw SPRAY PAINTED succulents.... seriously?! That's so incredibly cruel to the plant itself. It's 2024. We know better now, please stop this practice. Succulents sell just fine on their own. :(
Do not order anything from Home Depot. I ordered a 4 ton minisplit for 5500 bucks they keep changing the dates of delivery, lie to me when I call them. Do not call back like they say they will, and will still not tel me a possible delivery date or where the unit is. Buyer beware.
Very bad service you ask personal for help you and said it's not my area or you go to lumber. Department is always dirty or emoyees go yo the back for to hide Very disorganized not enough help...always alot of wood on the floor
