I have been shopping for floors for a while. Comparing prices, durability and so on. I must say that commin to the store yesterday made my day. ADAM and DANIEL totally went out their way (especially Adam) to help me accommodate my needs. Big thumbs up to those 2 guys. I hope management does pass these reviews to the employees!! Once I have my salon project done and have time. To do some flooring in my house I will most definitely want to deal with one of those 2 guys again!!
We have been attending the children's workshops for the past few months. The staff working at these has been fantastic. Always kind and helpful. My kids love these free events.
Toni in the Appliance Department was so helpful! She needs a raise! After my husband and I took forever to pick out a new washer and dryer and asked all our questions Toni was so kind to us. After taking forever for the paperwork, about to sign, I realized we forgot to tell her we needed a gas dryer. She was so nice joking with us not making us feel bad. It was super busy too! She was amazing!
The kids clinics are so great. We love them!! Thank you for providing them.
This place fucking sucks huge donkey cock. Fuck your store!! Not one single time have you ever been of help to me. Worst customer service. Worst knowledge and I swear if I hear one more person say "master plumber" or "master gardener" or "master xxxxxx" you should be fired. And fuck your for thinking you deserve more than minimum wage to be a shelf stocker. Home Depot hires the shitty of shittiest possible people. Worst retail store on the planet.
Spent $2,700 in the store in cash to purchase new appliances for home over a week ago to ensure accurate delivery time. Scheduled delivery date comes around and nothing's delivered. We call and they tell us the orders been cancelled. My husband spent over an hour on the phone between the delivery department and the assistant manager. They were absolutely no help! Thanksgiving is next Thursday we have no refrigerator! They weren't willing to go the extra distance to get our stuff delivered today. Horrible store horrible custo... read more
