My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer form this store a over month ago. First they accidentally sent us two dryers! Then when they finally sent a washer, the installer they hired broke the washer while installing because he didn’t know what he was doing! THEN they refused to replace the washer till we got someone from Samsung to inspect it. It’s been OVER amonth and they still haven’t refunded us for the second dryer that they sent to us!!! First off I had to wait over 25mins to be able to be allowed on the isle I needed. So that off the bat really set me off. Next I ask some guy for help and it's always it's not my department, And walks off. Then after 10-15mins of trying to figure it out on my own they don't have the stainless steel nuts and bolt sizes I needed. "M6". Off to lowes I went and Got what I needed.
