RecommendedCurbside pickup was efficient. Great job! HOWEVER, most employees were not wearing masks. I talked to an employee who said masks were not available, and then to a manager who said they were. It doesn't matter who was right, PLEASE supply those masks and make sure your employees know they can get them. Actually, why not REQUIRE your employees to wear masks? It's a lot safer for everyone.
Don't care about customer and staff health.

Ordered Dishwater with installation, Back ordered, It was supposed to delivered on the 10th of Nov, No show then again on the 13th No show and no call to number given, on the 16th they DO arrive and the unit is dented, Now they are saying the 28th and they offered $50. after my wife and I taking 2-3 hrs. off each time . Not acceptable PS left me on hold for 20 min while I was trying to get it installed for Thanksgiving, Never did come back
Once again going to Center Street - Tacoma Home Depot waiting in line outside register for almost 20 minutes - unacceptable. Two employees walk by "what does it look like I work here in garden " wrong F@#*** thing to say!!! Had to say a bad word and demand a second checker at once to get us all out of here. Or get me your manager!! Your customer service suck and will not go back!!
You were my first Black Friday Experience and your team made is special. I came to buy poinsettias for the Tacoma Festival of the Nativity and they were beautiful. Merry Christmas!
Is a joke. They send out 3 ladies to help load a to. Of pellets my father whom is a disabled vet. Loaded all but 3 bags. Not recommended if trying to load things. I guess to make sure to for a guy or someone more helpful. On top of that waited for the ton to come to where it should be for a while.
