RecommendedCurbside pickup was efficient. Great job! HOWEVER, most employees were not wearing masks. I talked to an employee who said masks were not available, and then to a manager who said they were. It doesn't matter who was right, PLEASE supply those masks and make sure your employees know they can get them. Actually, why not REQUIRE your employees to wear masks? It's a lot safer for everyone.
Don't care about customer and staff health.

My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer form this store a over month ago. First they accidentally sent us two dryers! Then when they finally sent a washer, the installer they hired broke the washer while installing because he didn’t know what he was doing! THEN they refused to replace the washer till we got someone from Samsung to inspect it. It’s been OVER amonth and they still haven’t refunded us for the second dryer that they sent to us!!!
