The worst customer service that I ever experienced at a Home Depot , I asked kindly a employee I believe his name was Harold or something where can I find the car section and he start arguing with me that I didn't said car that I said something else , even though he didn't understand me he could ask me again not arguing that he was right and I was wrong very rude ! I like shopping there for DIYs, but I recently had a bad experience when I tried to use their window installation service. My brother had 13 , 6100 series windows put in at 400 dollars each . I have 37 windows at my house, 2 of which are so small they don't qualify as 1/2 of a regular window . I got a quote of nearly 700 dollars each . That is 300 more for the same window that my brother got for 400 . What in gods name is going on there ?
