Why does The Home Depot use a vendor that does not call back or acknowledge emails or calls. I have been trying to schedule an installation with the only vendor approved in NYC and since October 8th they have not answered their phones or returned my numerous calls and emails to schedule an appointment which I pre-paid for. In ALL of NYC there should be more than one option since clearly Distinctive Blinds cant or wont keep up with the workload.
They usually have what I need. And most of the staff is helpful.
