I always doubted LOWE’s but not anymore. Wasted my time at HD JC Holland Tunnel. Most of the people I asked did not know the answer... Shame!!!

I had my first delivery attempt for 4 appliances that I bought, and in true fashion it has failed. The problem wasn't so much through Home Depot, but the delivery company they choose to deliver and install your appliances i.e Home Delivery America. I had already heard bad reviews about Home Depot and Home Delivery America, but decided to take the plunge as the sales associate was very helpful. WORST EVER APPLIANCE BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT JERSEY CITY #6845 1. Order and first delivery: We ordered a LG washer dryer from Home Depot, jersey city (#6845) on october 23rd 2016. It was delivered, by Homedelamerica, the delivery partner on November 1st. The delivery guy told me that we did not buy the right stacking kit and asked for $100 to give the correct one.
