Ryan was incredibly helpful and reassuring to me as a first time homeowner doing upgrades and remodeling. He explained everything in terms I could understand, and I'm looking forward to working with him and Home Depot to get what I need done!
Home Depot does not serve the military well. Go to lowes, better prices and they support the military 100%. They even have a special parking for vets. Home Depot SUCKS
The HD in Daphne has 10x better customer service than Lowe's. I am doing a $50k home renovation and HD will be getting all my money!
Great experience at Daphne's Home Depot this morning! We were looking for electrical extension cords. One fellow stopped to help us before he clocked in (didn't catch his name). Then as we were walking to the merchandise, Marion assisted us. So nice, so friendly, so knowledgeable and best of all . . . didn't have to chase anyone down!!! I always use the Daphne, AL store many employees know me by name or face and are always helpful. They sell quality products and prices are usually good. Last night I went to a DIY class lead by Dawn Ditto, Renita and Mike. If you get a chance, check out a class. Marion White helped me find the right power washer hose I needed Last Friday also. Excellent store.

After all the items I have bought from Home Depot in Daphne, they wouldn't even let me have an empty box. One person in the appliance dept. was rude to me on the phone. One customer service person told me to call the appliance dept. at a certain time. When I did, that person told me he was on his break and someone would call me back. When that didn't happen, I called the customer services desk again. That person then told me that they won't give anyone a box. No more buying from them! Ugh
