we order a washer, dryer , stove and dish washer . it was supposed to be delivered today, they didn't call to tell us . I called then its put on back order after we done payed for it. the girl hung up on me when I call because she didn't like what I said then run to cover it up with the manger. when we get there to get our money back the manger Wouldn't even come out. but its ok cause Lowes come through. they had all of it in the store , same ones we order . not happy we Home Depot at all .

I ordered a refrigerator, including set up and removal. The so called experts couldn't install it. After numerous phone calls, none of which were returned, I had to go in person to get my refund! The sales person said Samsung requires a special installer. So why didn't they send someone that could install it. I'll never shop there again!!!

Your new safety measures cause more people to be close to each other than keeping people away only 2 registers open forcing everyone to check out in one place which forces everyone to congregate in one area there was more social distancing before the new process who ever came up with this flow pattern needs to be fired a kindergartner could have came up with a better process

I have NEVER got the help,happiness,or all the good mornings from any supply warehouses as I do from Home Depot .. We thank you so much for you help and services to your customers..
They contracted another company out for delivery. Been waiting all day for our appliances and still no appliances after waiting 6 hours for it to be delivered and no one knows how to get ahold of the driver or knows where he is. Won't be buying anything from home depot again.
