I was in the store on Gunhill Road in the Bronx on 8-31-15, to buy a new toilet seat. When I got home and opened the box, I was sick to my stomach, upon noticing that this toilet seat had been used! There were human hairs on it. And it was clear that the way everything was packed, that it had been opened, and re-packed. Disgusting!!!!!!!
