Been here a few times with my 90yr old Grandmother. Staff is ALWAYS helpful, available and patient (Did I mention my Grandma is Jewish?) with my dear grandmother.
We go their for the kids work shop I use to do them when I was little so I'm basing them of of my experience and the worker would teach us how to make it and teach us things. The first time I came I was lost I had to figure it out, but now since my daughter's been going we got the hang of it. The lady that's in charge of it is great with kids. That's three only thing their missing I think.
I got there when it opened at 8:00am no one serviced me until 8:35 finally got what I needed the service sucks
The sales person that i ask for help make faces behind my back. Gun Hill store around 9:30 am in the lumber area Sunday March 5, 2017. My husband was behind me and told me later.
Big store you can get everything there with good price
Horrible customer service, the workers seems to be not interested In helping anyone
