Very bad attention the employees do not attend
the one stop shop for all your home needs
We bought 3 bunches of white spray painted branches at this location. When separating the branches one snapped off and I found what appears to be a maggot/worm alive inside the branch. After going through all 3 bunches I found 3 more of these creatures, 2 of which were alive. I have video and pictures of them. These branches are from China so who knows what bug they are exactly but the maggot/worms went in the garbage along with the branches. Would be great if we can get a refund or if you guys can do a better job with filte... read more

I had a great experience yesterday. Placed an order online for an interior and storm door to be picked up. I received a text message stating it was ready. We went there, and the doors were brought to us at the customer service desk. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
Just went to pay my monthly bill. The line where you pay your bill is the line cutomers pick up items either over the phone or prepaid orders. Takes sometimes 20 or 30 minutes to pay a bill. Nothing to write home about.
DON'T GO TO HOME DEPOT ( GUN HILL RD )..PARKING LOT UNLESS U WANT TO PAY HUNDREDS MORE.....AFTER U MAKE UR PURCHASES..U WILL FIND THEY BROKE INTO UR CAR AN TOOK WHAT THEY CAN FIND..POLICE TOLD ME IT'S A REGULAR PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IF U HAVE A VAN LIKE ME STOLE MY SELL PHONE AN BROKE MY DOOR LOCKS...IN THE END H. D. GOT A $60.00 PURCHASE FROM ME THAT COST ME ANOTHER.. $550.00 IN DAMAGES & LOSS...ADDS UP TO $ 610.00 FOR A DAY. THANKS HOMEDEPOT..�
