I ordered a Samsung Washer and Dryer set at this store in September. They have delivered them twice with damage, which I sent back both times!! I have had the HARDEST time getting Dillan ,the assistant manager of this store, or anyone else to follow up with me. It is now November and I still have NO washer and dryer, have not been able to rent my property because of this and have lost out on thousands of dollars of income!! They offered to give me 10% off for the "inconvenience" and "think" they can be there by November 11th... read more
