RecommendedTonight after work my boyfriend says he thinks the water heater is going out. I figured no problem home depot open until 9 or so on a Saturday night. Nope not with covid. Except Ryan called his mgr to get approval for us to get a water heater. I live 35 minutes from st George Utah. RC helped us locate a water heater and accessories. Faithful checked us out. We go to the Home Depot regularly. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. - We love the First Saturday project day for the kids, monthly. - There have been a few employees that didn't know what they were doing but MOST of them do. - They accepted our returns without question and with extra kindness.
There has been some serious issues/confusion at this store. We did an online order a month ago. We initially received an email saying our order was ready for pickup. Go in there and nothing. Then we were told it would be ready a week later. A week later going in and the worker scrambling to figure out what happened. No clue and our items were "lost".
