RecommendedI do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.
Im and my friend were chased my some masked strangers caycasian or light skinned latinos idk but we ran for our safety and I landed in this lake of veces coming out of the rear side hotline rear wall next to waste management into rail road area but pipe pumping out all of home depot customers and employee veces into the rear i felt so embarrassed and the smell is fukn gross i screamed for help they ignored me I talked to an employee at about 6:45 am this day Of August 27th 20… See more

Oh Home Depot How you continue to disappoint! I have waited 5 weeks for my window. Getting the runaround each time you have been called. Being put on hold for over a hour each time. This is ridiculous. 2 trips to your store and you can not find my window. Wednesday, You say it is there and you will be delivering it. No Show!! No Call !! No Customer Service!! No More!!

I arrived at 5:20pm and I waited until 6:10pm for someone to help me and the person who they said was at lunch never came. They should have someone to cover all areas.
