I love shopping at the Home Depot. It's dog friendly and the associates are mostly helpful. Some of them even have treats for canine shoppers. I've had to come here about 20 times in the past few months, as I've been remodeling my house, so I think I have a good overall feel.
It was difficult to find an associate to ask questions but when I did...oh boy! The gentleman in the garden center really knew his stuff, and when I was leaving an associate offered to help me load up the car. Love this place. Just wish they wouldn't sell plants that contain neonicotinoids that are known to kill bees; anytime I needs plants I go to Lowe's
Very helpful employees when you can find them. Here in TN you have basically two choices Home Depot or The other guys that start with "L".
Cannot believe this store has no black mulch--------ridiculous! Guess I will go to Lowe's---they have 1,047 bags; Home Depot-00
Poor customer service. They would not accept my husband's veteran id card.. we have never had a problem in the past 6 years that he has had it. Not respected at all.. she was cold and uncaring. We will be taking our business to Lowes from now on.
Just went to cabinet hardware and 2 employees just kind of looked at me and I finally had to ask for help. Not very customer service savy.
I'm here 3-5 times each week while working on a rehab project near here. It's very convenient for grabbing the little things that pop up during the day. I can't recall the last time I was asked by an associate if I needed help finding something. Thank goodness I drive by the Franklin Lowes store each day...I couldn't handle this if I had to rely on them for the bulk of my project. And, last week Home Depot quoted my roofing job over 30% higher than the three other highly reputable contractors who quoted the job.
Just a heads up people, don't worry about purchasing a extended warranty for a $900+ refrigerator from Home Depot in Spring Hill or elsewhere. I did and 2 days ago my fridge quit working. Called and made a claim because I'm still under warranty, said they were looking for a repairman. Two days later they STILL haven't found a repair man. I've lost all of my food and I'm not real happy! So don't waste you money here! Sorry not sorry!
