I can not blame the employee at the customer service desk. They tried to wait on me but had to keep answering the phone and dealing with other issues because they were the only one there. It seems that Home Depot cuts their labor force so the managers can get a bigger bonus.
I asked the floor associate Tony, to cut me 20 linear foot of the cheapest vinyl he had. He stated that Home Depot was out of vinyl, and the next floor was nearly $2.00 more a foot. Being a Home Depot customer that spends ALOT of money, I asked to het a discounted price since the initial product was out of stock. First attempt to replace microwave. New GE unit won’t run. Refused item. Had to give the installers a hack saw so they could saw out a stuck bolt ON THE NEW ONE, We’ll see how long it takes them to get another one now. Why is nothing ever easy?

Save yourself the frustration and head to Lowes right down the street. They have a better stock and more helpful employees. I was ready to drop so much money on wood supplies and garden supplies but, I had the hardest time finding what I needed. When I finally found associates to help me no one could actually help me. They are not knowledgeable about their products!
