I don’t remember his last name but Robert and I started talking over rocking chairs in the patio section while I was waiting on paint. I didn’t buy those rocking chairs but you seem to have a fine gentlemen working for in Spring Hill, TN. It was a genuine life conversation and to me that was great customer service. We need more of that in this world. Give that man a raise!
I always felt that in store customer service was lacking.. I can confidently say that online service isn’t any better. We found the fridge we want for a reasonable price, but delivery would mean we were in our home without a fridge for a week. I reached out and asked if I could pick up in store and was told no.. I asked if there was a sooner delivery date, was told no.. no big deal.. we just ended up eating out a lot for a week. I just spent money in your store for no one to speak to me. No welcome to Home Depot! No how can I help you? Only self check out was open. No thank you for shopping with us. Nothing! We even passed your “make shift security guard” that was making sure we scanned everything, looked right in our face, no smile, no comment, no acknowledgement even when I said “ wow we just spent money in here and no one even acknowledged us. Poor customer service!!
I was in the Store on Friday .one of their suppliers walked up to us trying to sell AC maintenance the Man was very rude and I did get rude with him after he would not leave us alone as he walked away he was mumbling I asked him what he was saying ? He was just More and more unpleasant to deal with
