Adding because I have been continued to be lied to by Home Depot Support, installers, and the ever incompetent Manager, Nathan at your Franklin store. Hey Nathan, do your job!!! Purchased a brand new dishwasher, fridge, and stove. Paid for full installation. Installers could barely handle doing anything. Took them 3 hours and they didn't even finish the diswasher. Purchased a brand new dishwasher, fridge, and stove. Paid for full installation. Installers could barely handle doing anything. Took them 3 hours and they didn't even finish the diswasher. Continue to be told by Home Depot support and the installer that someone would have called us back to finish. I would love to use the dishwasher we paid for and for Home Depot to follow through on what they say! This is the last time I ever use Home Depot for an install again.
This Home Depot is close to my house so it's usually the one I stop at. I've had my share of condescending male employees here but mostly I've been treated kindly. The employee I encountered today makes me not want to go here again.
I would like to recommend to anyone very great smooth paced store staff were so helpful NATHAN was very very helpful and I would like to thank corporate as well HOME DEPOT IS DEFFINITELY THE BEST STORE
