Ordered $2900 worth of carpet Saturday during the free install time. Guy in flooring told us we could get my military discount. When they called last night to give me the quote and finalize sale, total was $2889 they said no discount since the install was free. Also said I could go to the store today and talk to them to get it. If course they guy that waited on us isn't here and they are saying no because of the free install. Not happy. Just incase someone that counts will read this ... thanks for making it possible for the car show to be canceled this year , i hear the reason was you didnt want to spare the parking spots , like that crappy store would fill the spots anyway and by the way the charities that will loose out on the money the car show raises , have been told that home depot is the cause , it is all over FB of how you have treated the car club community and hundreds of us will NEVER shop at home depot again ...
Home depot is a company that will not back up anything it sells. And they staff in the flooring department are lazy, hateful, and rude. They have no interest in doing a good job oh heck doing any job. There is an employee there, a woman, I won't give her name but it starts with Carolyn. She has been very rude everytime we have tried to resolve a problem we are having with the crappy Shaw carpet we bought. Go anyplace else do not stop at home depot.
