Bought an item for 28 bucks on the 1st,bought same item 9 bucks on the 21st. Brought both receipts back to store for 30 day price guarantee and they would not honor unless I returned the more expensive item and repurchased it at the lower price.Manager offered no explanation other than that was their policy,contradicting what Home Depot advertised online. I have been 3 weeks trying to exchange roofing material I have talked to four different people about this problem I talked to a manager named Johnathan he told me he could exchange my item and credit me back with new items this also didn’t happen don’t do business with them it is clear no one knows anything in this store. I wanted this beautiful vinyl flooring, I went into the Westside store on Pearl Drive, Amanda helped me because I wanted to cut it on the floor at Home Depot so it would be easier to roll it out once I got it home. Amanda took care of the details, sent my friend and I to the flooring department and Micah went above and beyond in helping get the vinyl ready for us to cut. He even swept the floor where it was rolled out. A big THANK YOU to Amanda and Micah!!!!
