I was greeted so graciously by a cashier Daryan . I was useing a Mobile rider and she listen to me and directed me to isle 10 and Jos will help me. I got to isle 10 and Jos was there- I explained what I needed and told me to stay where I was and returned with the items and measuring the hose I needed to my request and showed me step by step how to apply it to my device when I got home. Remodeling our living room. went Monday to look at flooring and rugs. Found a rug I loved on a sale cart with many others that were also on sale. Picked up our new couch today went to Home Depot to buy the rug the price tag that was previously on it was gone and it was now ringing up a much higher price. Very disappointing!
Not sure I will shop there again with the experience and trouble a family member has had there. They seem to be very incompetent and struggle to get a simple order correct. Home Depot has caused a lot of pain and suffering to the family.
RecommendedI can’t say that I have a lot of experience shopping at The Home Depot, but I do want to make mention of how amazing their employees are. I recently had my car break down and ended up in their parking lot waiting for my car to be towed. It was dark out, so once the tow truck left, I went inside the store to wait for a friend to pick me up. They are very unprofessional. The manager of the store refuses to call for copy of video regarding stolen truck. Will never go back!!!!
