Overall I recommend The Home Depot but, logistically they have issues.
Was there today they wouldn't honor there online add that even had there location listed. Lancaster Home Depot is really lacking in customer service.
Ken in the plumbing department was a huge help! He helped me figure out each of the parts I would need to connect my natural gas grill to the line.

At the Lancaster location now waiting 45 min and counting for them to find some flooring we order- first explanation your order is above on the top they have to close off the lane get the machine to get it-second one the floors were polished and the order was moved now the third was they are backed up now they suggested they can call us when they find it or give us a refund for something else in the store.
Horrible experience!! We order french doors for our office back in April. They just got installed last week. After months of waiting, delays, wrong doors being ordered, wrong size doors installed I've had enough. Home Depot SAID they would discuss compensation for all the trouble we've been having. We haven't heard anything and they won't return calls or say that they will call to discuss then don't. HD should really look at the folks doing their installs and protecting their name better. Never had a bad exerience in the store but their installers SUCK!!! Robert Reed is a JOKE. He doesn't kniw what his people are doing. This is total bullshit!! Now these damn jokers are saying the price of our counter top isn't included??? We picked a counter top out with the sales person (Adam Schaffer)!!! This shit is a JOKE!!!! I will NEVER go through HD Installation EVER again!!! Mark the so called manager in the Lancaster, Pa store has no business being a manager at all. He is rude to his customers and his staff. Totally disrespectful.
