RecommendedI went in yesterday and had no idea where to find things or hot to get my home project started. Stephen (or Steve) just walked up to me and said do you need help? He walked me through everything I would need for my home project and even gave me tips and pointers to help make the process easier. He was kind, happy and just exemplified great customer service. I’d be back just to get his help again! Kudos to hiring great people, also give him a raise!
it's a great place to shop and work
Perhaps having someone to actually answer their Customer Service ph# 717-239-3980 would be helpful (I gave up after 10 min). Oh, and removing the other ph# listed here of 866-466-3337 which turned out to be a phone sex number. Seriously??? Maybe new management and oversight would be beneficial.
Ordered a playset on March 28. It was to be delivered April 16. Still hasn’t even shipped. Took 8 hours on text (yes, 8 hours) to get a “response” from an associate. They informed me they would open a case to see why there was a delay and what the status was. I was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. Nothing. Tried texting again. I can't tell if I'm supposed to be scared and stressed out in here because it's Halloween, or this is how this store is actually ran. Not the first time like this, aisles full of garbage, employees running around, clearly undertrained in customer service. My business is located 6 minutes away, but no thanks going to deal with driving to Lowe's than deal with this cluster here. Jasmin, my cashier was the only saving grace.
