I ordered two Ryobi chargers and they said that they were delivered and were not. On the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours and still getting a no they can’t do anything. They say I have to dispute with CC company. They won’t even send a replacement. The customer service agent says all they have to do is give it to the shipper after that it is not Home Depot’s problem What kind of customer service is that. Very disappointed.
