Terrible terrible customer service. Every time I walk in this store employees scatter. Also they hire extremely horrible contractors, destroyed walls putting in windows. Rude and very poor compensation. Never stepping foot in a Home Depot again and I will share with all my friends!!

Went to the Home Depot looking for a patio set, asked for help , and I received Sandy, in the Duluth store. she was so helpful, I enjoyed talking with her! I called her "Handy Sandy" after that. I settled on a set & More.... Rani, the girl @ checkout was very nice & Professional !!! We then had Mica, Help us load it on the trailer, all in all, very friendly, very helpful, and was very happy. Got home and set up, and happy with all my Pick's! Thanks for the great service!
Went in to buy a dishwasher. Salesman was on phone so we looked at the machines. Picked one out to buy. Salesman disappeared. Never came back. We even asked for help. Nope!! No one came. Walked up to leave. Cash person up front asked if we found what we wanted. I said yes but nobody wants come help or sell it to me so Home Depot's loss. All he did was nod his head. No I'm sorry let me find someone for you, nothing. Well guess what?? Menard's got my business. Bought a dishwasher. Awesome customer service at MENARD's.
