Mike Hershner is the best employee ever. He remembered we was looking for a new washer. Called us, we came in and looked at it and brought it home. Also purchased the 5 year warranty. Happy girl right here.
Me and my wife bought a riding mower there and it's only 3 months old and we have a problem with it because it leaks gas and when I called them all I have got is a run around and the problem is still there we spent over 1,100 with the warranty so my next step is the attorney general and the better business office and pray this gets resolved... Worst customer service and my friends and families know how Home Depot will not stand behind what they sale to the customer
I recently bought new counter top, after it was installed, when the light was coming across the top just right, there was a crack in the laminate from underneath. Jessica and Robin took care of it immediately and replaced it. Thank you
I've spent more than a small amount of money at the store over the last several years remodeling my personal home , new kitchen, bathrooms, and basement remodel. Not including the business at kerrigan roofing.. . Overall there are good people at the store but the customer service and time that it takes to check out at contractor services is relatively poor ... We had the worst experience with our window installation. No one ever calls us back and now we've been calling over 6 weeks to get the windows fixed that weren't properly installed. Even called the manager who indicated he would call us the next day and here we are days later and no call.
