We come here only when we can't find what we want/need somewhere else. By chance we found a floor sample we l.o.v.e.d but it was not in stock, and the signage said it was available online. Well, IT IS NOT. It is not available online, nor is Home Depot able to order it. IF SOMETHING IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM YOUR DISPLAY!!!
The customers were not wearing any mask. The employees were, you make up your own mind. I don’t want to go places that don’t require a mask right now. Safety for others is more of a concern right now than my own comfort for a short amount of time.
Had an interesting experience today at The Home Depot. When checking out the cashier asked if I was military, to which I replied “No, but I’m a teacher if there are any discounts for that,” as many places have been offering teachers the same discounts as military and first responders in the wake of COVID-19. Home Depot charged my card 71.02 the total amount of my bill three days later they charge me 24.97 when part of my order shipped. They are double charging my card

went to purchase a tool box paid a little over 1000 and was told they didn't have it in stock so they ordered it for me after 2 weeks of not hearing anything or no email that they said I would get o wanted my money back and now have to wait up to 21 days for them to send me a check what a joke of a company I will never shop there again
