Bought a display shed on October 22 still have not received and no call from the shed company Will not buy anything from Home Depot again
This is the worst Store I have ever dealt with. We ordered a kitchen from them last year, close to $20,000. what a disaster. It took them 4 months to do the installation and it is a still not right . The appliances were delivered in Januaryy and the dishwasher just quit. they tell me it is out of warranty even though the did not instal it until February. The cabinets were installed wrong, the screwed up the head moldings and the poor workmanship just goes on and on. I at this pint wont even drive through a Home Depot parking... read more
This evening my husband and I went in with our young son to purchase a new Christmas tree. We found one we loved and a few other things needed to make our holidays brighter. When we proceeded to check out a very kind and enthusiastic man named Robert (Bob) greeted us and completely made our night. He was so friendly and full of so much cheer it was contagious. We left feeling like we might have met santa himself. I just wanted to say thank you again. We're still smiling.
After I placed a “Ship to Store” order online I was called by the local location and informed my order was in. Because it was a large item order I lined up a neighbor with a truck to help. When I arrived only a part of my order was on site and they “made an error”. No problem. Errors and mistakes happen. But making them right is much more important and that was not important to this location. Know what’s easier to do than making a customer for life? Losing One...
Had a good experience there...employees were very helpful...they weren't pushy..they let us shop!!! Got a great deal on our purchase....(has anyone ever shopped at HH Gregg)??? Ugh
This is what my special order looked like today when I picked it up. See pics. I'm mind boggled something like this can get through quality control. "We can give you 20% off...... if I wanted to buy a used banged up mini-fridge I would have went to a pawn shop. What a joke
Today I experienced the best customer service I have ever had across any industry at the Centerville Home Depot. Shout out to both Ester and Justin your customer service was beyond any expectation!! The service industry needs a ton more people just like you!! What a breath of fresh air.. THANK YOU!
