Was in the store for over 30 minutes-the aisle I needed to go down was closed off and they didn't start to do anything until it was getting close to that 30 minutes. Plus it sounded like the employee didn't know what to do-guess no one gets trained there....Disappointing going into a store and know what you need but unable to get it. Good thing there's other stores to go to.
I had a problem and I got angry, I made a complaint to the store and the manager phoned me the next day. As it turned out, I was the one unaware how they processed the materials for pickup and where to pick them up. The manager understood why and said they would post a sign for those who become confused about this to help them. They have always been very helpful and have given me a Veterans Discount. I plan to purchase quite a bit more lumber soon for another project as soon as I finish the one I'm doing now.
Went to get some garden supplies. Checked online if they have stock. Guess what, they did not have the stock. They need to work on their website. But an employee named Brandon was so helpful. He looked for the item for more than 30 mins.
How are employees supposed to get any work gone in dress clothes? Damnedest thing I have ever scene. Noe you got people who - ALMSOT wanted to work before, absolutely refusing to work cause they'll get dirty and/or ruin their dress clothes. How silly!
When you have (2) 75 year old people asking for help getting wood and they don't get any help. This is a problem. Might need some more people on the floor to assist customers.
$59 delivery charge for appliances to home or STORE? Come on Home Depot, I am sure some of your executives at your corporate office can do without a large bonus this year. Do the customers mean anything or is all bonuses?
