My elderly handicapped mother was treated very rudely after she bought a 1600.00 stove! Misled and treated with disrespect by some assistant manager named Laurie! Terrible Returning the stove and will never do business with Home Depot again!
We have had the worst experience with The Home Depot concerning our dishwasher. Sep 1 we put in a request to have it repaired, getting nothing but a run around, empty promises, and insincere apologies. Today the guy comes out, pulls the dishwasher out, says he has the wrong pump, says he is going to go get one. Leaves the dishwasher pulled out. Finally my husband texts to find out what is going on and he knows nothing.
I ordered my products at 515p so I could pick them up on my way home. At 720 i’m informed that they do not have anyone picking orders. I am then instructed to go pick my own items. After spending 20 minutes finding what I believe to be what I paid for i’m informed that 2 of the items are incorrect. I walk around looking following their isle and bin locators. I've been waiting for over an hour for someone to bring out the tub shower combo for me, they finally showed up with a left hand and I bought a right hand, his response was, someone else will have to take care of it, I'm off work! Yes as a matter of fact I am pissed off.
When I called and asked for help concerning a trimmer less than a year old and also bought a warranty and am told contact the manufacturer. Will no longer buy any tool or appliance again. Very very disappointed in Home Depot.

Not happy that you did not limit the # of 99 cent Poinsettias people could buy. A few people bought all of them in a matter of minutes!! Not fair to the rest of your customers!! Also, I went down an isle to find something and ran on to 4 home depot employees standing around shooting the breeze! I asked them if they were having a meeting!!!
We moved 2 yrs ago to the area, and updating the house we bought we've spent a good $30K at home depot. Most of the time we have been okay with our orders. But Jan 5 we ordered, thru my daughter in law, 4 doors for the home. Today is February 25 and still waiting for 2 doors to come in. They are supposed to get all 4 doors in and then the installer is supposed to pick them all up, along with hardware.
