We have attended the last 6 kids workshops. The staff is very friendly, the workshops are fun and today it was above and beyond. I never really shopped at Home Depot before but we do now! I love that they have a lot of “how to” workshops as well!
Emergency shut down on their lot after hours. They didn't bother me or run me off. Most places are anti-truckdrivers and truck stops are always full at night.
My sister bought a dishwasher from Home Depot. A few days later her son came over to install it and discovered it was defective. Home Depot would not exchange it as she should not have accepted it damaged and 48 hours had passed since delivery. The defect was not visible inside the box. Do not EVER buy an appliance from them!!!! UPDATE: A week later they agreed to exchange the dishwasher. They did the right thing but it shouldn’t have been this difficult.
My usual visits consist of poor customer service. No one greeting me..I spent too much time in there because I had to find what I needed on my own.
Only one checkout open. Had a load of wood and I abhor the self serve checkout lanes. Nightmare...
I think they were good in services us on buying a new 50" Toro Zero Turn
I went in to buy Samsung appliances.. The store employee Larry was extremely helpful and very friendly.. I can tell he really loves his job! A real people person! I can't wait until they're delivered... Thanks Larry!!!!
The fact that a home Depot fired someone saving a kid from being kidnapped and is ok with it... Ya I'm not supporting any location anymore.
