Note to Home Depot Allen. You made a major mistake this morning that cost you a major sale. DO NOT send a woman over to help me with lawn and garden equipment (mowers and weed trimmers) ESPECIALLY if that woman knows NOTHING about the equipment she is trying to sell!! The team at this location is amazing, but the new "tittle tattle on your cashier for not offering a credit card and you get a free soda" is really in poor taste. Hope it doesn't last long.

Good customer service at the store, but their delivery service is very lacking. Late delivery that had to be rescheduled, then the new dishwasher didn't drain after installation, & they took days to come back out to fix it.
Was supposed to have a door installed today, after waiting 8 weeks. Had somebody come out and measure, scheduled install, took time out for both of the appointments, then today at 1:00, when our appointment was supposed to happen, the installer called to say the trim was cut too short! I spent half a day off to get the measurements done, but it was cut too short?!! He said "they didn't use my measurements"...huh, no clue when recur trim would be ready it when install would be rescheduled...fuming! They offered us, after I re... read more
Customer service guy was less than helpful just now when I had to return special order shelving that was damaged. Didn't offer to replace them or offer any help. Told me I'd have to go look and see what they had in the store when I asked about replacing them....I obviously still need shelves. I asked him about the price since the damaged ones were on sale when I bought them....same answer as before. So I told him maybe I'll just go to Lowe's instead and all he said was ok.
