Best customer Service experience ever at a Home Depot.
Not one person asked me if I needed any help. Went to checkout and the one person working the register said she was closed. I asked who was working registers, and she said self check out. I asked what if I don't want self check out. And no thank you from anyone. I sometimes forget why I don't shop at Home Depot, but I always remember when I go back.
Gave me a store credit even though I had my receipt. Now they won't let me use it to buy gifts. Will never go back
BAIT AND SWITCH! I was ready to buy a stove only to be surprised with an exra fifty dollar manditory charge for delivery that I don't need. They lost a stove sale and any other sale for appliances needed for my rental properties.
The store as always was amazing. I was a little upset at their selection of outdoor shade plants.
