John in the plumbing department really saved our butts today. We visited twice this morning because of various issues in installing a new bathroom sink. John found the parts we needed and explained how to install them at home. I noticed he had a "Certified in Plumbing" badge on. Thank you John, and thank you Home Depot for having such patient and knowledgeable staff members!
The home Depot has a lot of great people working there. But just like other jobs they have people working there that's not people friendly. However everytime I am there I enjoy myself
I've been attempting to talk to a person at Home Depot about scheduling a repair for my GE refrigerator for the last 30 minutes. In that time, I was hung-up on a total of 5 times, put on hold 3 times and no one ever picked up to answer my call. Finally, a woman gave me a number to GE and I then found out that Home Depot should have given me a completely different number for service repair. I wish I could have pretty much everything there always look forward to goin but a lil hard gettin me to leave
Terrible customer service. I ordered a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They forced me to buy ALL the peripherals - water line, dryer vent, etc - even though I had those already. Then, the delivery people would not connect my washer and dryer because I couldn't turn the water off. No one told me the water needed to be turned off. I assumed the delivery guys would have the expertise and tools to do it. But no, they wouldn't touch it. So I called Home Depot on Coit. I was given the same "not my problem" speech.
