RecommendedMy job takes me into many construction supply places almost daily. One of the many frequented places is Home Depot. Today I was in the Home Depot in Richardson off of Coit Rd near Campbell Rd. I went in to procure (4) 5 gal buckets. Usually an easy purchase, however today was not so much. Curbside pick up waiting for 40 mins, they forget me. I have want to cancled one bag asked her if i need to come in to the store, the women who picked up the phone said no i dont have to and , “ill take care of it. I came to the parking ,, called her, she told me to waited in the curbside pickup... I then called again... then they brought them out , the bag that i told her to return is still in the order, they havent return it, and the bag has a hole in it, vermiculite is everywhere in the trunk ... What a waste of time

This is Home Depot is the cleanest store I ever saw! The employees are very very friendly and knowledgeable. Great store to shop at!
Did not have enough fence materials on hand for a small chain link fence..went to 2 Home Depots and 2 Lowes in area to get energy materials
Nothing days great business like closing down entire sections of the store during the middle of the day, and when customers ask how they get something off those isles telling them “They don’t...” I love waisting my time, looks like I’m shopping at Lowes now...
