Worst experience of my life. No customer service. Management is rude and unhelpful. It's worth the drive up Preston to go to Lowes

Extremely unhappy customer. I experienced the WORST experience at this store location. Representatives are friendly and attempt to help but no one is on the same page here. My husband and I needed to call in to figure out the status of our blinds order over 10 times. Issue is still going on. This was a relatively small order. For soo many people to be wearing an orange apron and not a single person to help guide me nor even utter the word "hello" to me is very upsetting. Walked into Lowe's and a red apron helped me on the spot!
