I ordered floor tile to be delivered late July. The tile was delivered to a Home depot in Texas not the Phila Oregan Ave store. Home Depot will not pay to ship the tile to the correct store, even though it was their error. I can not order any more tile caused it has been discontinued. Unfortunately, I have laid this tile down and this purchase was to cover a small patch. I disappointed that Home Depot will not own up to their mistake and try to correct it. #homedepot
Went in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic to pick up a couple needed things and was truly shocked to see that the *majority* of employees I saw were not wearing masks, even while talking closely with c us timers. Despite a sign outside, many customers didn’t have any masks (not even pulled down). The lines were long and too few checkouts open. They don’t care about safety at all. Definitely won’t go again.
10 days ago bought a washer and a dryer at Home Depot. They were supposed to deliver and install them on April 3rd. No one ever showed up. Instead they rescheduled the delivery for April 9. I decide to go ahead and to cancel the order. The order is in PENDING CANCELLATION STATUS. Whatever that means. This means I cannot receive my 1600 USD back in order to use that money and go get my appliances somewhere else. I ordered on March 27, today is April 5. Don't buy any home appliances from home depot. Customer service and appliances installation service is very wrest.. Poor. No budy take responsibility.
Big doors locked so employees stay warm Really hard to maneuver full carts out side door Can’t believe a manager would allow this
Yesterday I ordered a tub that was high up on the shelf .... will get it down for you so you can just pull up and pick it up this morning by 830 ..... I got here at 930 no tub they still have to get the tub down for me 10 min ..... ok 1/2 hr later and they don’t even have the tub here !!!!!!! Omg as much money as we spend in places like this store you would think the owners would make sure they put competent people and systems in place so that the very people that keep them going would have to waste so much of there time ...... read more
