Came into tool rentals rented a tool we have MANY times and went to return it the following morning to return by said time they charge me double then offer a 20$ discount for their mistake. amazing service my ass.

Awesome customer service! Came in looking for a sale item and had many store associates trying to locate it. When they couldn't find the one I wanted the store manager sold me a more expensive one for the same price and even took it out to my car.
they only give military discounts on meaningless items, i bought four bags of mulch ad there was no indication that they were on sale but the computer did,who programs the computer. i want to encorage all military to boycot HD and go to Lowes, they HONOR us on all items.
