Very poor customer service. Manager named Niles is awful to work with
We decided to try their curbside pickup during the COVID pandemic. The unmasked associate came near our car window before we even had a chance to call. She was asks for our information to get the order brought out. We had to open our window a crack to hear her and be heard. No mask, no 6 feet away social distancing. It did not feel like a very safe interaction considering that we seniors with underlying health conditions. We do this kind of pickup at Safeway in Lacey with social distancing. Bad customer service! I saw a special on the webpage and I went to Homedepot to see if they honor me the price and they say yes, but when I was gonna pay they say the price was wrong on the Webpage so the didn’t match the price for me. And I was at the store like 3 hours waiting for them.

I’m never going back to the Lacey Home Depot again. The last two times I was over charged. The first time I was over charged over a hundred dollars for lumber, and it was a hassle to get the money returned, the 2nd time I was charged twice for paint rollers, and the clerk argued with me that she charged me twice, until she looked again at the receipt. Terrible customer service.
Contracted jobs at Home Depot seldom come ready to install and often times missing components. For example; I had ordered two Right Height toilets to be installed. One toilet was the wrong style and the other was missing components. The other was a patio door project that arrived without the screen and door foot lock. This seems to be the problem, NO QUALITY CONTROL. Someone receiving a paycheck should be ensuring that ALL components of a job are present before sending the crew to a job site. Months ago Home Depot roofers took a lunch break, and a downpour caused thousands of dollars of damage to my father-in-law's house. Home Depot has yet to pay a dime, leaving them homeless and with a bill for the holidays.
