Measured for a door, still brought out the wrong one, but didn't catch it till the removed the existing door. When they put the old door back on they didn't make sure it locked. So now I have an unsecured home and am told to wait another month and a half before they can fix THEIR screw up. Cancelled order, will never step foot in there again

My credit card got stolen and was used at this store. The assistant manager was not helpful at all, and just kept saying their loss prevention would look into it. Police called by me, no thanks to home Depot. 317.73 is the amount put on my card, they will be eating that. Maybe they should have been more helpful.
Month ago ordered a counter top through Home Depot. Days ago we receive a message it will be delivered tomorrow, next day we call because we didn't receive it. Next day same thing, still no delivery. Again we call because we get a message it was delivered. Now we get a message it's on the truck and delivered by 8pm. Last night after many calls we were to get a call for time to be delivered today, never got that call. We were able to find everything we were looking for with one stop shopping.
Purchased a washer & dryer set. The cost was almost identical to Lowe's but I got delivery in 5 days. Lowe's advertises next day delivery for free but they were booked out 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Definitely could not wait that long with a dryer that unexpectedly went kaput! Geoff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Can't believe I'm looking forward to doing laundry on Friday!

Home Depot doesn't care about customer service. Again today we received very unprofessional service from the company Home Depot used to install a hot water heater we purchased. The installer had a 5 hour window to show up and was still 3 hours last with no phone call and did not return my 2 calls to find out the time they would arrive. Customer service gave me a temporary card to use for the 6 month same as cash. The temporary card expired the day before the installation so I could not use the special 6 month program.
