Can’t believe this place is still in business. Support is the worst you can’t get anybody to help you even if you ask. I even asked for a manager they couldn’t find him either. This place is gone so far downhill the next step is to shut the doors.

Palm Beach County mandated mask wearing and I saw several people not wearing masks walking around the store. One at the customer service desk waiting in line. Time to find a different store.
As customer of Home Depot since 2013 it always has been about fiasco over large items and financial services.Today I was about to making a purchase and since I have been already once burn by financial service I just wanted double check with the customers service and thank god I did because not only the valid promo was invalid, I was also told it ended yesterday and since there is not email or way how to send them a screen shot of the offer to be honored I was just been told sorry but no we can’t do anything!
