Very disappointed in today's treatment at store. Placed a special order for a gas grill last week at store. Was promised that when it arrived at store it would be assembled and delivered to my home for $20. Today I was told that grill is at store and assembled but policy has changed and it can not be delivered. I have no way to transport an assembled grill.
We are a diverse store and we do appreciate our customers business... Very good associates and we are getting better at what we do everyday....
I went there to buy a shed that none of the stores near my house had in stock.. Encountered the best customer service I've had in my life.. Michelle at the service desk was very friendly and extremely helpful.. Erin in the garden center went above and beyond what had to be done.. She brought it out and helped me load it up in a steady rain, then stayed out there in case I had any problems tying it down.. Even brought me out more rope just as a safety precaution... I was very upset you had a spring black Friday sale today. My mother and I went around 330 (cause we both work until 3) and you were already out of the tide. I don't understand why you didn't have enough for the people who work . My mother was so excited tide is one of her favorite and she heard it on the radio .
