Everything is where it belongs!
I went in clueless about our kitchen remodel. The customer service was outstanding! Larry and Russ were awesome. But Cara really went the extra mile! She had suggestions, helped me with price points, and really made what I thought was going to be a nightmare, an absolute dream! She is an amazing employee! Kudos to her and everyone else!!
DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.

can't get a hold of anyone especially when trying to purchase carpeting. .. will go somewhere else
Huge store with huge inventory...need to leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find way from entrance/shopping/to exit. Staff are beyond helpful but store is too large for senior citizens to peruse with ease. Some pricing is fabulous...but some smaller do it yourself stores/old fashioned hardware store are easier to navigate & more senior citizen friendly.
We have spent thousands of dollars in this store and today...never been treated so rude. Picking out door trim and a worker demanded I leave the aisle, even though I wasn't done. They literally closed it while I was trying to get materials to finish a job. Worst customer service ever!!! We will never shop in home depot again, will be cancelling our credit card!!! Lowes here we come
