I went to the store Home Depot on Elmwood. Ave in Buffalo NY. I purchase a 1000 refrigerator and a 1000 stove (electric) and didn't know it took a 220 and not a 120 to line. I think it try to return it to or try to exchainge it but it's not their policy. When I ask for the manager. A cashier attached me and tried to call me pull my stove out the store I and tried to fight me, I pulled my stove and out the store very angry and disappointed. “Assistant Manager” Josh is an embarrassment to this store. I’ve gone in on Sundays before when he has been extremely ungracious and down right rude. I let the first time go since it was a few weeks ago during the re-start of the COVID dilemma but today was ridiculous. First, there was no one taking care of curbside pickup and I couldn’t use the link to notify I was there for my order since there is no WiFi in the parking lot it store. worst customer service all the way around from store to delivery to payment center...Order stove 3 weeks ago recieved bill a week after ordeeing. stove was to arrive on May 27 2020 they never showed never called still do not have an explanation as to why them I had to wait until June 2nd to them have a partially damaged stove with burners that's don't work. went to the store no one could help no courtesy what so ever with my complaint...called to get it replaced I have to wait until June 18th and my bill has a due date of Ju... read more

Open when you need something. It always available in stock. Close to home. Always comes thru when you need an item. So Happy we were able to purchase a Hot Water Tank today.
i applaud your limiting the number of customers allowed in your stores, but I didn't see any hand sanitizer stations. What's up with this?
