For about a year now I have been bringing my dog to the Amherst HD after finding out from my our veterinarian that they were pet friendly and asking the store management to confirm it was allowed. He is not a service dog, he is a pet and the employees and customers greeted him and loved petting him. Last week when I brought him in I was told the store had changed its policy, that only service dogs are now allowed due to an incident. If you need anything installed go some where else, ANY WHERE ELSE!! They messed up a door install and a window install purchased separately and windows aren't right yet and we purchased them in May!!!! I will not be purchasing from Home Depot anymore!! I will gladly get what I need from your competitor!!! Incompetence, disappointment and frustration are the only words I can use to describe the installation team out of the Amherst store!!!
I had a young lady helped me this morning with 10 bags of mulch 4 bags of potting soil and two plants I did not catch her name but she was very nice and polite and I'd like to thank her so much for helping me with that stuff. You have some great workers there.
Went to home depot last night to purchase a stainless steel refrigerator and one salesman on the floor with a customer. Waited a while and still no help around. Went back just now and asked for help buying the refrigerator, no one came. Don't they want to make a sale. Off to Lowes to see if they want the sale.
VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER I have been wait for the installer (America) from Home Depot to complete my flooring and it's been over 3 weeks. It's a major problem for my family. To make matters worse the contract they sent to my home totally made a mess of my kitchen and dining room floor. They are suppose to correct the problem, when they come back to finish my bedrooms. Helpful staff on staining and painting our dining room and kitchen
The person mixing the paint left a mess on outside of can, didnt close it properly, can dumped all over inside of store and on my coat. Simply told to go get a new can of paint! No one got it for me, no one willing to do anything about my coat. Would have expected better quality on the service and the ability to mix paint. Never going again. Hope Lowes closes them up .Store manager not helpful.
