You need to be more proactive on who you’re letting into your store during this pandemic! You are open for essentials and emergencies NOT to provide entertainment for people who are home from work or bored! You are putting your employees at risk by allowing people into your store to buy cosmetic things like paint or home decor!! DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.
There are SEVERAL, and I do mean several clerks spread throughout the store ready to help you. Smiling happy employees eager to greet and help customers. I'm a happy customer!
Checked store hours online only to get there and find out they closed an hour early for some "holiday party" in the middle of January. Like really? What kind of ghetto "pick our own hours" store are you running here? I was kind of tickled to see the other half dozen people that had come to give this store business drive away in disgust tho.
Well organized checkout line went quick, associate found what I was looking for.
I bought flooring for them to be installed they came out once said it could not be installed because of some sort of defect in the floor so I fix the floor taking one day off of work I took another day off so they can install it the product came and it was defective so then I went to the store to see what they can do for me to help me out I had a young guy come over because the manager was on break and say to me it was the manufacturer's problem it wasn't theirs and there's nothing they can do for me even though they were in... read more
this store is always a mess. stuff thrown all over and random stuff left in the middle of aisles. and the staff is never friendly or helpful...it's like your intruding on them if you try to ask a question
