We purchased a new washer that was supposed to be delivered today. No call from delivery with time so we called the store. Apparently, the order was cancelled for an unknown reason. Manager has no concern. Now we're left without a washer for another week. We will never purchase another appliance from Home Depot.
Thank you to Diane in paint for making sure we knew what to buy tonight! Great customer service. She really seems to enjoy her job. Service seems better at this store. Normally nobody offers to help you.
Awesome place to work....if you need anyrhing come ask me im in the garden department......
i did a delivery at this location however the guy unloading took almost 4 and half hours because he was unloading his regular drivers when i ask hes anwser were he didn't care that i had to wait , hope i will never do more deliveries to home depot in general they sucks as a company

Impossible to deal with. Tried to be fair before going public. Very upset with company and employees. No one takes responsibility for their error. Do not purchase large ticket items at this store. I want a timely resolution.
