The customer service was bad. Employees weren't friendly or helpful. And we even had one of the clerks at the customer service desk lie to us about one of their store policies. Well worth the drive to Lees Summit to avoid going to this store. Avoid if possible.
I went there twice trying to "design" and order my kitchen, i was told on both occasions by the individuals in the kitchen dept that they were off in 10 minutes and ask me to come another time. i went there straight after work, so around 1830! I called the GM and I pretty much got a thanks for letting me know. I dont think i will return to this store based on the principle of this situation.
